At Ruby Yoga, we strive to make your yoga experience comfortable and safe. We tailor all of our classes to suit beginner students and of our classes are taught in a progressive way. With hands on corrections and the use of yoga props, students will receive alignment adjustments, according to their own body, so they can practice safely in any yoga pose.

Gentle Yoga - All levels

Gentle yoga will offer you a slow, mindful practice. All asanas are practiced with meditative movements and offer the student time to reflect on the feelings and sensations in the body. Yoga props are included in this class to aid in the relaxation process and to support tight areas of the body.

Soul Fusion with Pam

This class will interweave elements of fundamental Hatha Yoga stretches, flow style Vinyasa movements with some Kundalini philosophy. Focusing on the meditative aspect of rejuvenating

the soul - our SOUL fusion class will leave you feeling at ease.

Align - All levels

This class focuses on the precision of alignment in the body with the use of yoga props. Yoga props can help you move deeper, aid in mobility where you might be tight and assist in holding the postures for a longer period of time to feel "release" in the body. Expect attention to detail and hands on adjustments in these classes.

Slow Yoga with Storme

This class is formulated around the slow, mindful style of Yin yoga. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues throughout the body. The aim here is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. The postures are heal for prolonged periods of time (2-5 minutes) and are done from seated or supine position on the floor. You'll also be guided through deep breathing techniques.
