Welcome! To the beginning. As you walk into my class, you will be greeted with smiles, laughter and soft music. Make yourself comfortable, lay down, unwind and BREATHE. You are here. You've made it and now it's time to slow down, to take time for YOU.
I've tried a few yoga classes but Amanda's passion and energy is bar none and keeps me coming back for more. Her cueing technique is amazing, so that you understand and are comfortable with every move.
