Inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Relax your shoulders and your jaw. Release the tension of the day past and join Amanda every Thursday evening at 5:30pm for a 1 hour Gentle Yoga class. Her classes focus on using yoga props to support and assist the body in every pose. Emphasis is placed on moving slowly, breaking the postures down into a step-by-step movement for everybody, at any age or skill level.
